19 MAY CELEBRATED WITH ENTHUSIASM IN CHINARCIK
19 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day was celebrated with events held in Cumhuriyet Square
Çınarcık District Governor Mr. Oğuzhan Erdi Atak, Mayor of Çınarcık, Avni Kurt and the district protocol attended the events, which started with a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem.
In the programme where Çınarcık District Youth and Sports Director Gözde Gençtürk made a speech on the dais; poetry reading, traditional games, choir and dance performances were performed by young people and medals were presented to young athletes.
Republic Square turned into a festive place hosting the enthusiasm of young people and displaying the love, respect and devotion to Atatürk. Happy 19 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day!
