AWARDS WERE GIVEN TO THEIR WINNERS AT YALOVA DOCUMENTARY FILM FESTIVAL
The premiere of the Yalova Documentary Film Festival, organized in cooperation with Yalova Governorship and Yalova University and supported by many institutions, took place.
At the gala held at Yalova University Mehmet School Congress and Culture Center; The films that ranked in the national feature, short feature and Yalova Cultural Heritage and Documentary Film categories and won monetary awards were announced.
Our Mayor Avni Kurt, who attended the gala and is also the President of Yalova Tourism Association; “I would like to sincerely thank the supporters of the Yalova Documentary Film Festival, a culture and arts organization, the members of the Honorary Board and the organizing committee, and those who work behind the scenes at the events held within the scope of the festival. "We will continue our work with determination to turn Yalova into a center of attraction that thrives on art and is known for festivals." he said.
The festival, which received 770 film applications and featured film screenings, cinema workshops, seminars and panels, is a first in Yalova.
