SECOND TRADESMEN MEETING WAS HELD
The second meeting was held in Çınaraltı Family Tea Garden within the scope of “Tradesmen Meetings” project of our municipality.
At the meeting, which started with a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem; Mayor Avni Kurt, Çınarcık Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen President Turhan Çam and Çınarcık Tradesmen and Craftsmen Credit and Surety Cooperative President Ali Coşgun made statements on issues concerning Çınarcık and tradesmen. Muhtars and city tradesmen conveyed their problems, demands and suggestions.
In his speech, Mayor Kurt emphasised that the identity of being a tradesman is a very valuable identity and that he respects everyone who carries this identity properly; "Tradesmen are the lifeblood of a city. A local government cannot turn its back on this vein in any way. What is essential for a local government to do is to find solutions to the problems of the tradesmen, not to be indifferent to these problems, and to ensure that the tradesmen are happy and satisfied." In the continuation of his speech, Mayor Kurt said that he would not hesitate for a moment to take the necessary steps for the tradesmen of the city who earn their bread with honour and answered all the questions from the mukhtars and tradesmen one by one.
Mayor Kurt, who gave warm messages to the city tradesmen and used an inclusive language, also informed the public by making explanations about the asphalt work that will start in the coming days, Halk Ekmek, the filling area, the advanced biological treatment plant and the Employment Desk Unit.
The speakers expressed their gratitude to our Mayor Avni Kurt for organising this meeting which brought the tradesmen together. All requests, complaints and suggestions conveyed at the meeting were recorded in writing.
